Earth revival technology accelerates the positive natural bioprocesses in the MSS and replaces the traditional methods of producing organic fertilizers.
We are able to continuously recycle sludge into a high-quality organic fertilizer and the process takes between 4 to 6 days. Our process is effective, economically efficient and excludes environmentally harmful effects. Earth Revival retains all of the positive aspects of a natural process; prevents the risks of infection from pests and weeds; decreases mobile forms of heavy metals and destroys pathogens.
Municipal sewage sludge global situation
The application of Municipal Sewage in agriculture varies from region to region. In Europe, 30-40% is used on average. In the United States the usage of Municipal Sewage has increased over the past years and is currently over 60% – twice the amount compared to a decade ago.
Traditionally there is a high demand for MSS as an organic fertilizer in Indo-China and Japan – only limited for sanitary reasons.
However, the usage of MSS in agriculture is less than 5% in Russia and Ukraine.
Our project consists of following main stages:
PRELIMINARY FACILITY STAGE:

PRODUCT CLEANING STAGE:
- Removal of toxins and pathogenic organisms, bringing the product up to the stage of a clean base.
BIOTECHNOLOGICAL STAGE:
- Treatment of the refined product to achieve the final stage of the desired organic fertilizer.
